Day time appointments are generally reserved for large surveys and commercial EPCs, residential EPCs are typically available towards the end of the day.
Residential EPCs start from £69 for a simple small property, with additional charges for large or complex properties, or additional research required. The cost will be quoted before a booking is confirmed.
