Pricing is dependant on confirmation of the scope of the survey, after initial remote research has been undertaken.
Prices start from £149 and are based on the number of rooms, heating/cooling systems and available building plans.

Due to the varying nature of the projects undertaken, we can’t offer fixed pricing, however we’ll always give a quote in advance, so please get in touch with your requirements.
Surcharges
Due to collecting keys elsewhere, the size or complexity of the property, the number of bedrooms or extensions, the use of renewable technologies, that a surcharge will have to be made to cover the longer site visit, but we’ll discuss that with you in advance, before you commit to use us.
